Electoral Roll

If you are a new communicating member of our Parish and wish to add your names please let us know via the office . You can download the form by clicking on this link, https://www.bathandwells.org.uk/supporting-parishes/finances/pccs/electoral-roll-apcms/

If you would like to view an electronic copy of the current Electoral Roll, please email the parish office.

Filled out forms can be emailed to the office here where they can be forwarded on to our Electoral Roll Officer: Carol (2022).

If the office is not open, you can post in the box on the railings of the Cross Tree Centre.

Putting your name on the roll is a way of saying “I belong”; it is an act of commitment to your local church and to the Church as a whole.  It means you can take part in decisions which affect the church and parish, to vote in the Annual Parochial Church Meeting (APCM) and to stand for the Parochial Church Council (PCC).

Or you can download the form here.

If you would like to know more about the procedure of the Electoral Roll it is governed by the 2017 edition of the Church Representation Rules, which you can find here.
