Electoral Roll

Please be aware that the Electoral Roll has to be revised before the Parish APCM which is taking place on October 18th 2020. From Sunday September 6th there will be a notice on both Church notice boards. The notice will remain there until October 2nd when the revised roll will be displayed (names only not addresses).

Our Electoral Roll Officer will be revising all the names on the list, so if you are a new communicating member of our Parish and wish to add your names please let us know via the office. You can download the form by clicking on this link, https://www.bathandwells.org.uk/supporting-parishes/finances/pccs/electoral-roll-apcms/

Filled out forms can be passed onto Carol Sapsed at All Saints after a Sunday Service or emailed to the office here where they can be forwarded on.

If the office is not open, you can post in the box on the railings of the Cross Tree Centre.

Putting your name on the roll is a way of saying “I belong”; it is an act of commitment to your local church and to the Church as a whole.  It means you can take part in decisions which affect the church and parish, to vote in the Annual Parochial Church Meeting (APCM) and to stand for the Parochial Church Council (PCC).

Or you can download the form here.

If you would like to know more about the procedure of the Electoral Roll it is governed by the 2017 edition of the Church Representation Rules, which you can find here.
